Administrative/Office Assistant - Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • 15-25 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support duties
  • Answer and screen telephone calls and respond to routine inquiries
  • Prepare various types of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Database, and/or Presentation Software
  • Perform general office duties such as order supplies, maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work
  • Make travel arrangements, prepare itineraries and prepare expense reports, as needed
  • Proofread various documents before final submission
  • Prepare monthly marketing mailings
  • Maintain with assistance office and technician schedule

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook version 2010 or greater
  • Self-starter able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum high school education and 3 years’ experience or some college and 2 years’ experience in an office environment
  • Must be able to pass background check

Pay will be hourly and amount is commensurate with experience. Dental/Health Insurance benefits offered once job reaches 30 hours per week or greater.
